Optimum Physiotherapy is pleased to offer Group Physio sessions. These sessions are either strength based or flexibility based. The sessions are a mixture of clinically appropriate exercises that target your particular need. The exercises may include, but are not limited to, those derived from weight training, Yoga and Pilates. Our classes are delivered within an evidence based and therapeutic framework, not purely for fitness. You will also be prescribed a home exercise program to allow you to continue your rehabilitation outside of the clinic.

All new participants will be required to complete an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists prior to starting the class. This is a safety measure for us and ensures you get the most out of your class. It is also a requirement of most health insurance funds. You will need to be able to get down onto the floor, as classes are conducted primarily on the floor. Classes are instructed by our team of qualified Physiotherapists.

Several different sessions are held each week – bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
