Who we see

Private clients

This is where you pay for your physio treatment in full (cash or card), or by using your health fund and claiming through our HICAPS portal.

Concession

Concession discounts are available to those who hold either a Pension Card or Health Care card. Please tell one of our lovely receptionists if you believe you are eligible for a concession.

NDIS

If you’re self managed or plan managed, we can organise everything from our end. We will help draw up specific service agreements and liaise with your provider (if you need us to) to align your funding with your treatment. And we’ve got really good wheelchair access at the entrance, in the rooms and the toilet.

DVA

We see vets from all the services regardless of which card you fall under.

All DVA clients will require a referral from your GP. If you’re TPI, this is only required once every 12 months. If you’re gold or white card, you will need to get a repeat referral every 12 sessions. We can liaise with your GP to help organise this.

TAC

If you’ve been in an accident, it’s really important that you get a physio assessment as soon as possible to make sure your symptoms are managed properly. Give us a call straight away with your claim number and we can make sure you get the right treatment. The TAC will not cover the full consultation amount, you will be required to pay a gap fee at the time of service.

Work cover

Some people are a bit scared of Workcover as they think it will affect your job or pay. We can work with your employer and insurer to make sure you get the best management. You will be required to pay for your treatment at the time of service and then independently claim back from your insurer

Medicare

This is when you get a referral from your GP called a CDMP (Chronic Disease Management Plan). You can get up to 5 services for physiotherapy which need to be used before the end of each calendar year. We will process your consultation fee as normal following your appointment. You will then receive your rebate immediately by swiping your Medicare card.

Home visits

If it is a struggle for you to attend the clinic due to disability or other underlying health condition, we would be happy to see you in the comfort of your own home. Please be aware that this will incur the standard consultation cost plus travelling expenses. Contact the clinic on 02 6059 2916 for more information regarding the cost of this service.
