Joe Moran

As leader of our team at Optimum, I spearhead a group of dedicated physiotherapists who specialise in helping individuals overcome pain, injuries, and movement problems. Our mission is to address the root cause of these issues, not just the symptoms, ensuring comprehensive and lasting recovery.

I endorse a hands-on approach and have crafted a wide range of treatments and excellent aftercare, including specialised exercise classes. Our unified goal is to strive for excellence and provide effective, nuanced support and care for optimum results.

Anna Moran

I qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Sydney in 2001 and received my PhD in 2009 from the University of Sheffield in England. I have worked in clinical and academic positions in Australia and the UK.

I completed my clinical Pilates matwork training in the UK through the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and currently provide clinical Pilates group and one-on-one therapy to Optimum physiotherapy clients.

I am passionate about rehabilitation and exercise prescription to assist recovery from injury.
