Clinical Pilates Classes
Clinical Pilates improves core stability, general body conditioning, body imbalances, flexibility, and breathing. It can also help tone and strengthen muscles, improve posture and balance, enhance sporting performance and assist in injury recovery.
Clinical Pilates is effective in managing pain, pregnancy and post-natal recovery, arthritis and joint pain, Osteoporosis.
Clinical Pilates at Optimum Clinic is run by qualified physiotherapists, giving you the advantage of an exercise or recovery program tailored to your specific needs in a cost effective and supportive small class environment.
Several different sessions are held each week at regular times – bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Suitable for all ability levels.
